Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, flat number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail to the address you provide.
