UK Standard Delivery - £5
(2-4 working days after receipt of order) 

Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £ 10

Order before 3pm between Monday - Thursday for guaranteed delivery the next working day to anywhere in mainland UK. (Excludes weekends and bank holidays)

Orders placed after Thursday 3pm for next day delivery, will be processed on Monday. If you would like delivery on Saturday, please opt for Saturday delivery. 

UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £12.00

Order Before 3pm on Friday for guaranteed delivery on Saturdays to anywhere in mainland UK. (Excludes bank holidays) thanks 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

EUROPE Premium Delivery - £16.00

Our European standard and premium deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

USA/CANADA Express Delivery - £16.00
(2-4 working days after receipt of order)

Our USA/CANADA Express deliveries are sent via courier and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. 

Rest of the World Standard Delivery - £16.00

(3 - 7 working days after receipt of order)

We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust RoyalMail to deliver your package on time. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, flat number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

International Shipments
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments.
